Friendship[]

Blaine is considered one of the popular kids in school, so he has many friends. See Gen Girl Universe Characters for more information about his friends and associates. Of course, he grew closer to the Generation Girls after getting romantically involved with Ana. Even when Ana transferred and even after they broke up, he maintained a friendly connection with the Generation Girls.

Ana[]

Blaine became romantically involved with Ana, which is how he became closer with all of the Generation Girls. At Eatz one day, he spotted her coming in right when a skateboarder bumped into her, knocking her items to the ground. He had his friend hold is place in line so that he could help her. He secretly held on to her History book so he'd have an excuse to approach a table she was sitting at with Barbie and Nichelle, and ask her out. Eventually, he did ask her, and her friends, out on a "study date".

Since then, Blaine has spent a lot of time with Ana. After getting glasses, he exchanged seats with a boy named Ivor so he could sit next to Ana in History class. He also goes out of his way to make Ana laugh and he often does favors for her, even when she was in crutches and ill-tempered.

When Ana was mad at him, it crushed him. He approached Barbie and Nichelle to help him reconcile their differences. He supported Ana throughout her Track Meet, the Central Park Triathlon, and when she was having difficulties with her rival, Clarisse Stephenson. He managed to kiss her cheek at the Triathlon, which Ana's father did not approve of. Ana's sister, Rosa warmed up to him immediately, allowing him to pick her up and sit her on his shoulder.

Nichelle[]

Blaine first met Nichelle at Eatz, the local diner I.H. students like to hang out at. When a skateboarder bumped into Ana, causing her to drop her items, Blaine came to aid her. Afterwards, he approached the table Ana and her friends were sitting at, asking them (particularly Ana) on a "study date". Nichelle saw right through him, knowing he liked her the whole time, and agreed to the date for Ana.

Despite how friendly she is towards Blaine, when Ana seemed mad at him, Nichelle was mad at him, too. Of course, when she heard his side of the story, she helped him express his true feelings to Ana.

Blaine, Barbie, and Nichelle teamed up to support Ana when she was training for the Track Meet, the spring swim team, and the Triathlon, as well as when she was having difficulty with her mean-spirited rival, Clarisse Stephenson.

Barbie[]

Blaine first met Barbie at Eatz. Ana had been bumped into by a skateboarder, causing her items to fall to the ground. Blaine came to her aid and helped her pick the items up. Shortly after, he approached Ana while she was at a table with her friends awkwardly asking all of them (particularly Ana) on a study date.

Barbie is friendly to everyone, so she takes a sincere interest in him. When Ana was angry at Blaine, thinking he'd only been romantically interested in her because he felt sorry for her, Barbie listened to his side of the story and helped the two of them reconcile their differences. He, Nichelle, and Barbie teamed up to support Ana throughout the Track Meet, Central Park Triathlon, and when Ana was having a tough time with her rival, Clarisse.

Blaine eventually parted ways with Alexis when he moved to Peru with Ana. Ana hinted that she and Blaine would "spend a lot of time together" but "take it slow".
