The Barbie: A Perfect Christmas Soundtrack was released on December 1, 2011. There are two versions of the album. One version is a physical CD with 5 songs from the movie and 6 bonus tracks, and the other version is a digital EP with only the 5 songs from the movie.

- The songs "Deck The Halls" and "A Barbie 12 Days of Christmas" were also featured on the Barbie in A Christmas Carol soundtrack, but the songs were performed differently. "California Christmas" was also featured.
- "The Greatest Time of Year" is performed by Aly & AJ as a single from their 2nd album, Acoustic Hearts of Winter. It was originally released in 2006.
- "Christmas Wrapping" was censored because the original version had the word "damn" in it. It was originally released in 1981 by The Waitresses.
