In Bending the Rules, an angry man in a truck gets frustrated when Bagel the dog sits scared in the middle of the 15th Street and 9th Avenue intersection backing up traffic. He orders the "pooch" to "move", causing others to get angry and shout as well. This initially terrifies Bagel until Victoria 'Tori' Burns is able to coax him to the sidewalk with a bagel.
