"Act with Barbie" is a game on the Barbie in the Nutcracker DVD. In the game, four scenes are available for the player to act along with while Barbie gives guidance and encouragement. Barbie is voiced by Kelly Sheridan.

- Brave - Clara is brave when she decides to go with the Nutcracker to find the Sugar Plum Princess.
- Kind - In the Gingerbread Village, Clara is kind when she meets Peppermint Girl and gives her back her doll.
- Special - Clara feels special when the fairies help her with their magical swing.
- Clever - In the dungeon of the Palace of Sweets, Clara is clever; even though she can't see her friends, she knows they're there.
